About El Paraiso

Wedged between the mountain waterfalls and the Pacific Ocean beaches in Uvita, El Paraiso features a main 2 bedroom home and two one-bedroom cabins. These can be rented separately, or as a group. 
Each unit offers air conditioning, private bathroom, modern hot shower and hairdryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, high-speed internet, cable television, safe box, and a front deck with both seating & hammock. This is a multiple unit compound, perfect for single travelers, multiple couples traveling together, or family reunions.

Our region, the "Costa Ballena", is the only place on earth where the whales migrate from both hemispheres, spending the better part of 6 months here every year. For this reason, Uvita is considered one of the world's premier whale-watching destinations. The Cascada Verde waterfall is a 5 minute ride up the mountain, the Marino Ballena National Marine Sanctuary and National Park is a five minute drive down to the beach. We are within walking distance to the open air Mosaic restaurant and the conveniences of downtown Uvita and it's restaurants, banks, pharmacies, laundry, shops, rental car & gas stations.
